Attorney at law Mr. Hinners studied economics and law. Thus, apart from providing a general legal expertise he is further focused on the economical background of legal issues.
He is primarily specialising in insurance law, aviation law and law of regulatory offence.
Mr. Hinners holds a commercial, instrument pilot licence, and is instructor and examiner on certain aircraft types. Hereby, he has an outstanding competence for judging any issue concerning aviation law. Therefore, Mr. Hinners is your expert for the appraisement of complex questions whether an accident was brought about negligent or grossly negligent. He will also advise you in cases of aviation law concerning the law of civil penalty (e. g. Intrusion in prohibited areas).
